We are retained by one of the UK’s leading specialist distributors of IRONMONGERY & HARDWARE PRODUCTS who, due to continued success in the UK market place, are seeking to recruit a professional BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERcovering THE M 4 CORRIDOR.

Our Clients products are very high quality whilst being competitively priced with many technical innovations and are primarily centered on HOUSE BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS and CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES focusing on the HOUSING SECTOR of the UK Construction Industry.

Due to continued success or Client’s seeking a Candidate who is able to capitalise on their success to date and further develop their business in the UK.

The role will be predominantly further developing relationships with House                              Builders, Developers, Contractors, End Users, etc by offering product, sales and technical support gaining product usage, working in conjunction with the Technical Office as required.

You will have experience in BUILDING PRODUCTS or similar sectors of the Construction Industry coupled with a strong background in sales.

A key element of this role is supporting existing customers coupled with seeking new business opportunities, it is vital that you have experience in dealing with HOUSE BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS and CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES dealing with their design and purchasing departments and have good understanding of their business procedures.

This role is ideally suited to someone who is driven by success and offers a results driven reward package that ensures success is rewarded.

Our Client’s are willing to consider Candidates with experience in any product sector of the Construction Materials Sector if they are able to demonstrate a good level of results in sales to the HOUSING SECTOR either in Distribution or Manufacturing disciplines.
