We are retained by leading Concrete Company who, due to continued success, is seeking to recruit a professional Internal Sales Manager to join their team.

 The Role

  • Lead, coach and develop our client’s internal sales and 1st Choice Concrete teams.
  • Achieve agreed target levels of volume, revenue and profit.
  • Implementation of pricing policies enabling the internal sales teams to secure future work.
  • Ensure customer service expectations are achieved through influencing a culture of service excellence.
  • Effective management of internal sales processes. A right first time” approach.
  • Proactively review and develop sales office procedures and system requirements to deliver
  • Industry leading performance.

Key Requirements      

  • Experience of leading teams within a similar role.
  • Previous commercial experience, ideally within the Concrete or building materials industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to make clear confident decisions.
