We are looking for a Trainee Business Development Manager to join our UK team. 

Your Challenges

As a Trainee Business Development Manager, you will be part of a team with the overall responsibility to support our sales force to manage and develop sales within their geographical area of operation.
Working in close cooperation with our sales and marketing teams, your role will be to generate and qualify leads for our sales force, prepare material for customer visits and other sales supporting activities.
You will participate in a two-year global Sales Trainee Programme which will consist of:
• Highly relevant practical and theoretical training
• Varied and challenging tasks both locally and globally
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing as part of an international team
• Networking opportunities

On top of this you will have an agreed development plan that fits you, and our ambitions for you. You will also gain a thorough introduction to our business and our products.

Your Qualifications and Experience 

We are looking for an energetic and committed individual who has a genuine passion for breaking into sales and who can take a positive and pragmatic approach to all tasks.

• Educated to degree level
• Highly organised and self-disciplined
• Excellent planning skills – able to focus on the right things at the right time
